A Smart, Adjustable System for Complex Fracture Care
The Sadat Fixation Device allows precise bone alignment adjustments with stable support and minimal discomfort. Its minimally invasive K-wire design speeds healing and adapts to various fracture types.
The Sadat Fixation Device is built around six core mechanical functions—Compression, Distraction, Flexion, Retraction, Rotation, and Elongation each designed to give surgeons complete control throughout the healing process, enabling precise adjustments, improved fracture stability, and more predictable recovery outcomes in a wide range of trauma cases.
Compression
Applies controlled pressure to bring fractured bone ends closer together, enhancing stability and promoting faster bone union. This function helps reduce healing time by improving contact between fracture surfaces.
Distraction
Gently increases the distance between bone segments to restore proper length and alignment. This function is especially valuable in fractures involving bone loss, shortening, or deformity, ensuring the limb is returned to its correct anatomical proportions during recovery.
Flexion
Enables forward bending adjustments of the fractured limb, allowing surgeons to correct angulation deformities with high precision. Flexion control helps maintain proper alignment throughout healing, reducing the risk of long-term mobility issues or functional limitations.
Retraction
Provides controlled backward or outward movement of bone fragments to correct displacement and restore natural alignment. This function minimizes soft tissue stress while allowing surgeons to achieve accurate repositioning without extensive surgical intervention.
Rotation
Allows the limb to be rotated in a controlled manner, ensuring the bone heals along the correct anatomical axis. Proper rotational alignment is critical for maintaining natural joint movement, gait stability, and long-term functional performance.
Elongation
Facilitates gradual lengthening of the bone when needed, using safe, controlled mechanical tension to stimulate natural bone regeneration. This function is essential in cases of limb shortening, bone defects, or traumatic gaps, helping restore full limb length and symmetry.
